Villa Rosa is located in a small medieval town (Critera Town) inserted in the green park of Cilento
forming a cluster of houses in stone surrounding the ancient church and with many ancient fountains,
that still furnishes good drinkable water.
Villa Rosa is situated in the green country site where you can enjoy the courtyard taste
the ripened fruit in the sun of many fruit trees, according to the seasons.
There are warm showers and a bath in a corner of the garden for all the guests to use.
The Villa has many comforts to enjoy your vacation and relax in privacy.

The Apartments

Villa Rosa is a prestigious villa completely redecorated with every comfort. There are three apartments in Villa Rosa.
All possible solutions have an independent entrance with a balcony, a private terrace with a garden, barbeque, tables and gazebos.
The apartments can hold a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 14 people; particularly indicated are single families or a group of people.
To guarantee privacy and relaxation the villa will not be rented to many groups of people at once.

Villa Rosa is 200 meters from the village center, 7 Km from the sea, surrounded by the enchanting nature,
great view of the Cilento valley, terraces, television, parking, garden, solarium, washing machine and air-conditioning.

is an independent villa measuring the total of 150 square meters and has three double sunny bedrooms with a sea-mountain view, a bathroom with tub, kitchen and a large living room that is 60 square meters.

is an independent villa measuring the total of 110 square meters and has two double sunny bedrooms with a sea-mountain view, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen-sitting-room of 40 square meters.

Solution C

is an independent villa measuring the total of 50 square meters and has a double sunny bedroom, bathroom with shower, a sitting room wit a cooking corner and two single beds.
